Girard-Perregaux has joined hands with Only Watch auction for research into neuromuscular diseases.
Girard-Perregaux has associated with Only Watch auction for its seventh edition. Only Watch is a major charity event, held under the high patronage of His Serene Highness Prince Albert II of Monaco. Proceeds from the auction will be dedicated to research on neuromuscular diseases.
At the charity event, Girard-Perregaux will present a one-of-a-kind interpretation of the famous Laureato watch. An iconic model from the ’70s, the revamped version of the Laureato was unveiled at the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie in January 2017. Blending the classic features with modern interpretation, which will appeal to the up-and-coming generation, the Maison has chosen to donate the strictly one-of-a-kind version of the Laureato to ONLY WATCH 2017.
This version has a unique appeal and feels pleasant around the wrist. With its substantial 42 mm diameter and a thickness of just 10.16 mm, this model is loyal to the original spirit. Its bronze case is beautifully teamed with a chocolate brown alligator leather strap. The dial of the watch is slate grey.
Laureato Only Watch 2017 Special Edition exudes an innate power stemming from noble refinement. It draws its strength from the values that shape the creations bearing the Girard-Perregaux emblem.
