The entire menu has been painstakingly curated by Neville and his team. Yet, there are certain dishes that are bound to stand out instantly like the perfectly sliced Salmon Carpaccio that will be served with Kaiso Salad, Yukari, Jalapenos and a Ponzu Sauce. The JIA Special Roll (Sushi) consisting of Truffle, avocado, crispy asparagus tempura, togarashi with chef’s special sauce is sure to be a crowd puller. Salads like the Crispy Duck Salad with micro greens and lemon grass sauce and dim-sums such as Spicy Har Gow, Prawn and Spinach Roll, Mock Meat Poached Peking Dumpling will ensure that the health conscious have variety in the menu as well.
