His name is legendary in the corridors of international football. He’s the manager to whom goes the credit of steering his team through an extraordinary season. He is Claudio Ranieri and he is the newly appointed face of TAG Heuer.
Italian by birth, Ranieri has managed football clubs such as Fiorentina and Monaco in France, Inter Milan, Juventus, AS Roma, Valencia and Chelsea. He has been a fan of the brand for years and now gets to be on the coveted list of its brand ambassadors.
Ranieri’s appointment coincides with TAG Heuer’s début of English football when it became the Official Timekeeper and Official Watch of the Premier League. The brand is also official timekeeper of the German Bundesliga, MLS (Major Soccer League) in the USA, the 2016 Copa America which will take place in the USA in June, the Chinese Football Association Super League, and the Australian National Football team.
Ranieri joins the TAG Heuer family, he becomes the second person from the football fraternity, after Cristiano Ronaldo, to be appointed as the face of the brand.
